Leadership - Evening Seminar
Leadership is a recognisable quality. This session will explore the principles that primate leaders use to establish leadership. These principles apply to the leadership of a Bonobo troop through to Richard Branson and Tony Blair. This interactive session will explore some of the key elements of primate leadership as they apply to the issues faced by you and the other delegates in order to understand the ways in which natural behaviours can be harnessed to create more efficient business.

Culture - Evening Seminar
The leaders of the group shape the culture of an organisation. However, sometimes the culture that is created is not the one that the leadership intended. Cultures can be created which are composed of self-defeating attitudes and behaviours. This interactive session will explore some of the factors that contribute to the shaping of a culture including dominance mimicry, operant conditioning, and pecking orders, and how these factors apply to the issues faced by you and the other delegates in order to understand the ways in which natural behaviours can be harnessed to create more efficient business.
