Simon Strong is the Instigator and disorganiser behind Human Zoo.
He is a high energy, focused, mischievous provocateur, a natural storyteller and iconoclast.
Simon started his career in advertising (Saatchi & Saatchi, Bates UK, 141 Worldwide). He studied Improvisational Theatre with leading American and European theatres at the same time as developing his ideas on human behaviour and change in private sessions with zoologist, ethologist, anthropologist (surrealist painter, TV presenter, and author) Desmond Morris.
Simon is fascinated by creativity and the conditions under which it occurs. His thinking is rooted in long term brand development and he is intrigued by human behaviour.
Human Zoo houses the various projects, commissions and follies he does with organisations, individuals, and in the public arena.
His clients include 3 Mobile, Air France / KLM, Absolut Vodka, Barclays, Bradford & Bingley, BusinessLink, The Co-Operative, Deloitte, Disney, GlaxoSmithKline, Hilton Hotels, Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Mail, Skype, ?What If!, The Wrigley Confectionery Company, Euro RSCG London, The Ideas Foundation, The House, BR&Me, agenda 21, Bruce Dunlop Associates and Saatchi & Saatchi.
He established and hosts PechaKucha Night Guildford, and created the River Of Lights winter solstice community event in Guildford (www.riveroflights.co.uk).
